All prices listed on Bambi Jewels are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and jewelry safety reasons, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for review.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

Jewelry Care
