Refund policy
At Bambi Jewellery, each piece is carefully curated and, in many cases, customized to your personal selection. For this reason, please review our policy below before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Customized charm bracelets or watches
- Installed bracelets (installation service selected)
- Worn or used items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or customized.
Important Notes
- •Colors and details may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
- •We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the wrong wrist measurement is provided by the customer.
